hating on experts

It's bugged me for so long, why would anyone hate the experts. But then, the duh moment hit me. Experts make us feel small and if we can't handle feeling small (which people with a low self-esteem already, can not) then the expert makes us feel dumb and even less about ourselves.

Some would much rather hear from someone who says "yeah those mean experts act like they know everything and make us feel dumb and jokes on them. You're actually smart because you and I both know the real truth."

And this is why Trump feeds on those with low self-esteems especially when it comes to knowledge. They relate to him - for good reason - and feel as though he gets them - which he does in many ways.

Knowing everything feeds the ego for those that don't actually know that not knowing everything is the best, and only true, ego boost.

So, hating the experts is more of the same.
